We endeavour to have your products to you within 10 working days, but please allow for longer as NZ Post have notified us of some delays. You will receive a tracking number and link when you receive the confirmation email that your parcel has been dispatched. Returns: All product returns need to be sent by courier back to Triton Hearing unopened and in the original packaging.
